	GaultMillau Head chef Salvatore Frequente has been in charge of the culinary highlights at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz since the winter season 2010/2011 and, in his first winter season, he and his team at the five-star hotel's Restaurant Tschinè, were instantly awarded 14 GaultMillau points.

	Tages Anzeiger Winter Hotels Rating This year, the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz advanced from seventh to fifth place among the top 15 five-star winter hotels in Switzerland according to the rankings published in December 2010.

	Leading Hotels of the World At the annual general meeting of The Leading hotels of the World held in Tokyo the award for the best hotel in Europe with regard to Commitment to Quality went to the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz.
